Terms of Service

1. The Service

Lounge Links offers two paid plans for venue owners: a Directory Listing plan ($15/month or $165/year) and a Hosted Website plan ($25/month or $275/year). The Listing plan places your venue on the Lounge Links directory. The Hosted plan additionally provides a hosted website for your venue. Features of each plan are described at signup and may change over time. The Service also offers free patron accounts for members of the public to browse venues and save favorites.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to create a venue owner account. Accounts are accessed by email-based magic links; keep access to your email account secure. You are responsible for any managers you invite to your venue account and the access you grant them.

3. Free trial, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans begin with a 14-day free trial; no payment card is required to start the trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, or downgrades. The 14-day trial is provided so you can evaluate the Service before paying.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit — venue information, photos, menus, events, and other materials ("Your Content"). You grant Lounge Links a license to host, display, and distribute Your Content as needed to operate the Service, including showing it in the directory, in newsletter digests, and on your hosted site. You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights to use it and that it is accurate and lawful.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; to impersonate others; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; or to interfere with the Service's operation. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that have unpaid balances, or as needed to protect the Service or other users. If your subscription lapses, your venue may stop appearing publicly and your hosted site may become unavailable.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lounge Links will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.
